Change the destination after printing? Dynamic QR

Pick what your QR code opens

Every type below is free. Each page opens the same generator with that type selected, plus tips for that use.

What “free” means here

  1. No account

Classic QR codes need no sign-up and no email address.

  2. No expiry

A static QR code stores its content in the image itself, so it keeps working for as long as the content does. A URL code works as long as the page stays online.

  3. Nothing uploaded

The code is drawn in your browser. Your link, WiFi password or contact details are not sent to our servers.

  4. Print-ready files

Download PNG or JPG for screens and documents, or SVG for print at any size. Colors, frames and logos are included.

Static or dynamic QR code?

Static (this page): the content is fixed inside the code. Free, anonymous and never expires. To change it, you make a new code.

Dynamic: the code holds a short link you can point somewhere else later, with basic scan counts. It needs a free account.

Free QR code FAQ

Is this QR code generator really free?

Yes. Classic QR codes are free to create and download, with no account and no trial. Only AI QR code art uses image credits, and new accounts get 6 for free.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. A static QR code stores its content directly, so it does not stop working on its own. If it points to a web page, it works for as long as that page is online.

Do you see or store what I put in the code?

No. Classic QR codes are generated in your browser, and the content is not uploaded. Logos and background images you add stay on your device too.

Which file format should I download?

Use SVG for print, because it stays sharp at any size. Use PNG for screens, slides and documents. JPG works where PNG is not accepted.
