You agree not to misuse ZapQR by uploading unlawful content, spamming, or reverse engineering the service. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risks, or actions that negatively impact other users.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use ZapQR to distribute malware, phishing content, hate speech, or any material that infringes the rights of others. Automated scraping or rate-limited attacks are strictly forbidden.
Limitations & Warranties
ZapQR is provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every environment. You are responsible for verifying that generated codes meet your intended compliance or brand requirements.
Intellectual Property
The ZapQR brand, interface, and source content remain our intellectual property. Generated QR codes belong to you, but you may not use our logos or trademarks without written permission.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When changes are material we will adjust the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of ZapQR after changes constitutes acceptance.
